Togouchi - Kiwami - 40%
Togouchi is a brand of whiskey produced by the Sakurao Distillery in Japan . Pillar of the Chugoku Jozo house, which he joined in 1998, Taihei Yamamoto originally produced liqueurs, sake and shochu and now continues his malty adventure within the Sakurao distillery, since its creation in 2017. The whiskeys are aged in a unique place : a tunnel 361 meters long, dug in 1970, which offers ideal ripening conditions with humidity and a constant temperature of 14 degrees. These conditions allow a slow extraction of aromas.
The Kiwami edition contains 20% malted barley and is aged in oak barrels.
