The Helsinki Distilling - Helsinki Dry Gin - Artisanal Gin from Finland - 47%

The Helsinki Distillery is located in the heart of the city of Helsinki, Finland . It was founded in 2013 by Kai Kilpinen and Mikko Mykkänen , who both have a long history of crafting spirits. The mission of the distillery is to produce fine and unique spirits using high quality local ingredients. The distillery building has been used as a power plant, slaughterhouse, soap factory, meatball factory, auto lace and wine cellar.

Helsinki Dry Gin is an artisanal gin distilled with nine meticulously selected botanicals , including arctic lingonberry . It also includes rich Balkan juniper, orange peel, Seville lemon, fennel and coriander seeds, orris root, angelica root and a small but important pinch of rose petals. It is made with the purest Finnish water.
