Domaine Nicolas Raspiller is located in Chaux, in the Hautes Côtes de Nuits appellation in Burgundy . It was founded by Nicolas Raspiller in 2017, drawing on his experience of around fifteen years with Burgundian and Champagne winegrowers. From the start, he initiated a conversion to organic farming of the vineyard and implemented natural techniques of reasoned and sustainable cultivation. In addition to growing vines, Nicolas Raspiller is a beekeeper and produces honey.
