Domaine Thillardon - Vibrations 2023
Domaine Thillardon is located in Chénas , one of the ten Beaujolais crus. It was founded in 2008 by Paul-Henri Thillardon , later joined by his brothers Charles and Jean-Baptiste, as well as their sister Aude. The estate now covers approximately 14 hectares spread between Chénas, Moulin-à-Vent and the Pierres Dorées sector. Paul-Henri has adopted organic and biodynamic practices, not certified. The estate favors natural winemaking methods : manual harvesting, carbonic or semi-carbonic maceration of whole bunches, fermentation with indigenous yeasts, without pumping over or punching down, and minimal use of sulfur.
Vibrations is made from old Gamay vines.
Grape variety: 100% Gamay
