Brasserie Cantillon - Iris - 6.5%

Iris is made from pure malt and is spontaneously fermented. It matures for two years in oak barrels before naturally refermenting in the bottle. The use of fresh hops gives it a delicate bitterness. This originality, combined with the absence of wheat, sets Iris apart from other Cantillon lambic-based beers. Best consumed within 10 years of bottling.
