Château Sainte-Marguerite - Classified Growth - Symphony Rosé 2024
Château Sainte Marguerite is located in La Londe-les-Maures, in Provence. Founded in 1929 by André Chevillon, composer and conductor, the estate was acquired in 1977 by Jean-Pierre and Brigitte Fayard , originally from Saint-Étienne. Since then, the Fayard family has been able to enhance this exceptional terroir, now recognized among the 18 Crus Classés of Provence . Since the 7 hectares purchased in 1977, the Château Sainte Marguerite vineyard has grown considerably. It has been built up over time based on the quality of the terroirs and the selection of grape varieties to reach more than 450 hectares today spread over 20 plots.
Symphonie is a blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle . The grapes are put into cold skin maceration before pressing. The wine is aged in stainless steel vats on fine lees .
