Hee Joy is a range of rums from the Hedonist Spirits company, it presents a selection of old English rums from Jamaica, Trinidad and Guyana. They are meticulously selected and refined and assembled in the Cognac region of Grande Champagne, a region steeped in ancestral know-how in breeding and blending. All the elements are there to make this rums reach their goal: to become rums of high fly with friendly and warm character. A project born out of the will of Jean-Marc Larhantec who has been able to impose on the market by the only force its high quality.

Hee Joy's Trinidad XO Single Cask aged rum comes from Trinidad Distillers on the 2005 vintage harvest. After distillation in a 4-pill still, it was initially aged for 13 years. American oak barrel, then this rum was refined 6 months in barrel of ex-Cognac XO in Chevanceaux in the cellars of the house Hee Joy. This rum is the expression of an exceptional vintage on a unique terroir, Trinidad. He embodies the exceptional craftsmanship of the master distiller of Trinidad, magnified by that of Hedonists Spirits.
