After several years bringing his harvests to the fruit farm in Pupillin, it was in 2005 that Philippe BORNARD settled down as a winegrower. It is with passion and love for nature that he works his 8 hectares of vines. The entire vineyard is certified organic farming with the practice of biodynamics.

The estate offers a very diverse range of wines to suit all taste buds.

This rare vin de Paille de Philippe is a mellow wine similar to those offered by the AOC. Wonderful Jura sweetness ... The harvest is manual. The wine is raisined.
