Born from the desire to restore an old tradition and establish a fair trade and as clean as possible, the Brothers of the Coast have acquired a 3 mats on which they carry chocolate, coffee, wine, tuna line and of course rum. Everything is propelled by the only force of the wind that allows this crossing of the Atlantic to bring us delicious products. The old rums of the Brothers of the Coast are carefully selected by the captain of the Tres Hombres during his halts around the Atlantic.

The Foursquare Distillery was born in 1996 under the control of the Seale family and is located in the South East of the island of Barbados. It is one of the youngest distilleries in the Caribbean, but its youth also gives it the status of one of the most advanced distilleries in the world from a technological point of view. The distillations are done in a double column with 40 trays or in a beautiful double still pot still pot still equipped with a small column. Small particularity of Foursquare, the assemblies of the distillates of columns and the pot still are made directly in barrels. Although very recent in its construction, this distillery is the fruit of a rum purist (Richard Seale) and therefore does not tolerate any addition to its raw material. The result of this work results in high quality rums.

This rum of Foursquare 2005 13 years Double finish was brought back to us by Tres Hombres. It was distilled on the island of Barbados by Richard Seale at Foursquare. He then aged 11 years in American oak barrels to be transported for 4 months on the Tres Hombres. Finally, a double ripening was done in Porto and Rep. Dom. and gives this rum all its complexity, righteousness and originality.
