Serafini & Vidotto - Pinot Nero 2019

Serafini & Vidotto is located in the Veneto area, in Italy. Back in 1986, two school friends Francesco Serafini and Antonello Vidotto decided to unite their passion for high-quality wines and ventured into the winemaking world. From the beginning, they chose to plant and make wines from International varieties and, at a later stage, begun working with native varieties such as Glera, Manzoni Bianco and Recantina. They have been using sustainable practices since 1990, without an organic certification.

The Giovane cuvée is made from Pinot Nero aged in stainless steel for minimum 6 months.
