Clos Canarelli - Tarra Di Sognu Blanc 2021
Clos Canarelli is located in Figari , in the south of Corsica . The family estate was taken over by Yves Canarelli in 1992. Together with Patrick Fioramonti, director and sommelier of the Hotel Cala Rossa, Yves Canarelli replanted from 2010 the first clos of Bonifacio on a plateau overlooking the city, rich in a rare limestone on the island: Tarra di dream The estate has been certified in organic farming since 2002 and in biodynamics since 2006.
