For the launch of Beaujolais Nouveau 2023, we are also offering you this white Côteaux Bourguignon from the 2023 vintage which has just been bottled!

Domaine Trouillet is located in Solutré-Pouilly, in the Mâconnais in Burgundy . The family estate is managed by William Trouillet ( 4th generation) and Caroline . The vineyard covers approximately 20 hectares, in recognized appellations: Pouilly-Fuissé, Saint Véran, Pouilly Vinzelles, Pouilly Loché and Mâcon Solutré. The vines are 40 to 50 years old on average. They benefit from varied terroirs with different exposures, which make it possible to produce a wide range of wines.

Chardo de Caro is an early Chardonnay , from a plot located between Beaujolais and Burgundy.
