The Burgundy Chardonnay vines cover an area of 1.5 hectares at the Mikulskis. One was planted in 1986 and the other in 2005 by François MIKULSKI.
Their grape variety is 100% Chardonnay.
Annual production: around 9000 bottles.
The vines are cultivated in non-certified organic cultivation.
The subsoil is composed of fine river alluvium, frequent in the lower part of the hillside.
The cuvée is aged in oak barrels for about 10 months, then racked and put in vats for 2 months before bottling.
These two plots are located at the edge of the MEURSAULT appellation, which gives the wine characteristics similar to that of a Meursault: length in the mouth, fat, good conservation.
