Created in 1967 under the name "Domaine de la Parde", it is one of the very first "second wines". Renamed "La Parde de Haut-Bailly" in 1979, it gradually acquired its own personality. The existence of the 3rd wine makes it possible to maintain a good level of requirement. The vinification is carried out as for the great wine. Aging is 12 months in barrels.
Like the first wine, it is full of finesse and elegance. Coming as usual from the youngest vines, it is a wine more focused on fruit, less full-bodied and more accessible than Haut-Bailly. It nevertheless has a good aptitude for aging.
