La Foulée des Zinzins created by Agnès and Philippe Badea who cultivate 70-year-old Grenache vines organically. The grapes are harvested by hand, crushed the old-fashioned way. When they started working on this plot, Agnès & Philippe were taken for "zinzins"! Hence the name of this cuvée.
Once crushed, the grapes are vinified in the traditional way: indigenous yeasts, no input (not fined, not acidified…) except a slight sulphiting.
Supple and crunchy for this natural Rhône wine marked by ripe fruit (14 ° all the same), with a full and powerful mouthfeel. It is one of Vinibee's summer reds that will go perfectly with your grilled meats or tagines ...
