The 40 hectares of the vineyard are spread over three large plots sitting on gravel-gravel Garonne gravel from the Pauillac appellation. The property's vines are neighboring to the north of Mouton, Lafite and Pontet-Canet. In the center, they occupy part of Bourdieu de Grand-Puy. To the south, they are located on the Saint-Lambert plateau.
Aged on average 25 years, they are divided between Cabernet Sauvignon (62%) and Merlot (38%). The average yield is 40 hl / hectare.
During the harvest which, according to Médoc tradition, is manual, a first sorting of the grapes is carried out on the table, directly in the vineyard. As soon as it arrives at the vat room, the harvest is sorted one last time by hand with the greatest care, then each batch is vinified separately: total destemming, light crushing then vinification in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats. After assembly, aging lasts 18 to 24 months in barrels (30 to 40% new wood).
