Champagne Benoit Déhu - L'Orme 2016
Benoît Déhu Champagnes are produced in Fossoy in the Marne Valley, in Champagne . Benoît Déhu comes from a family of “Champagne Déhu Father and Son” winegrowers. After having worked in the great Bollinger house, he decided to isolate a plot of Pinot Meunier and to promote healthy viticulture respectful of its terroir. His vineyard is worked on horseback, without chemicals and according to the lunar cycles.
