Domaine François Crochet - Le Grand Chemarin 2018
Domaine François Crochet is located in the village of Bué, in the appellation of Sancerre in the Loire Valley . The family estate was taken over in 1998 by François Crochet after training with Burgundian winegrowers. He operates 11 hectares of certified organic vines. He favors parcel-based cuvées and his aging is carried out in such a way as to preserve the expression of the fruit and the terroir.
Grand Chemarin is made from Sauvignon Blanc , from a limestone plot of 30 ares on the Grand Chamarin terroir. The wine is aged in barrels for 11 months .
