Champagne Joseph Perrier - Cuvée Royale - Brut
Champagne Joseph Perrier is located in Châlons-en-Champagne, in the Marne Valley in Champagne . The Maison was founded in 1825 and is now managed by the sixth generation with Benjamin Fourmon . The cellar master, Nathalie Laplaige joined the house in 2017. The 23-hectare wine estate is spread over several sites in Cumières, Hautvillers, Damery, Verneuil and Bassuet. All the vines have been certified with High Environmental Value since 2021.
The Cuvée Royale Brut is a blend of Chardonnay (35%), Pinot Noir (35%) and Meunier (30%) from the 2019 harvest, supplemented by 20% reserve wines. The Champagne is aged for a minimum of 36 months on slats and contains a dosage of 7 g/L .
