Domaine Pierre Cros - The Unloved 2020
Domaine Pierre Cros is located in the Minervois appellation, in Languedoc . His father Henry and his grandfather Marius, even if they owned a few plots of vines, were above all the bakers of the village of Badens. The other part is made up of scrubland, almond trees, olive trees, oaks, then Pierre Cros has understood for a long time the importance of respecting the environment and understanding its terroir and refuses any organic or biodynamic certification since always worked that way.
