Cépages is a rare VSOP , made from the Ugni Blanc, Folle Blanche and Colombard grape varieties. It is a blend of different vintages from a single Grande Champagne property. Each year, the vinification of the wines was carried out separately, as well as the first distillation. The grape varieties are blended in a brouillied state, then distilled a second time to produce a unique vintage each year. After long years of aging, the vintages are blended together.
