Weingut Keller is located in Rheinhessen in the municipality of Flörsheim-Dalsheim , Germany . The estate's origins date back to 1789 when Johann Leonhard Keller acquired a property in the highly regarded Hubacker vineyard - a VDP-classified Erste Lage. The family business has been run by Klaus Peter Keller since 2001.
Keller Limestone is made from Riesling from vineyards in Westhofen, primarily Kirchspiel. Kabinett is the lightest style of Riesling, made from grapes with a must weight of 67-82 degrees Oechsle (the hydrometric scale measuring the density of grape must), which equates to 148-188 g/L of residual sugar.
