Kina Karo is located in Lagrasse, Languedoc . The house was founded in 1928 by André Carreau, and was taken over by Aurélien Carrelas in 2020. Kina Karo is a natural aperitif made from plants and wine. The entire range is produced without preservatives, artificial colors or flavors.
Red vermouth is a blend of 19 plants (including orange and lemon peel) macerated cold in neutral alcohol. In a second step, the aromatic plants are infused in an Occitan red wine made from the Carignan grape variety . It can be used to make the Americano cocktail.
