The grape varieties are 80% Sémillon, 18% Sauvignon Blanc with a little Sauvignon Gris and 2% Muscadelle, for vines which are more than forty years old on average. One plot is even of unknown age, no one having been able to estimate it at the time of the purchase. The estate is certified organic , a process which was initiated very quickly after the purchase.
