It is a wine which has the particularity of having its grapes collected almost 3 weeks after all the other Bordeaux estates, in order to have a wine of fruity fruit and as less acidic as possible. It will pass after 12 months in cask. This wine is therefore a delicacy that pairs very easily: with red meats, tomato dishes, cold meats and even aperitifs!
Valérie and Sylvère have been the happy owners of the estate since 2007. They, who were only enthusiasts, have become winegrowers and have revived this abandoned estate with some of the vines that are 60 to 100 years old. Today, they work biodynamically for the well-being of the vine and theirs.
