The New England White Rum is made with Grade A molasses, from fine sugar cane grown in the volcanic soils of a single valley in Guatemala. The New England White Rum is double distilled then transferred to stainless steel tank where the spirit is brought to 100 proof and let to ripen for 2 months. Once the spirit has fully developed its flavour, the final proofing is done with soft water bringing it to 80 proof. It is then bottled unfiltered.
