Philippe Grisard - Chignin Bergeron - Elevation 175 2018
Domaine Philippe Grisard is located in Cruet, in Savoie . Philippe Grisard comes from three generations of winegrowers. In 2010, he moved to the foot of the Regional Natural Park of the Massif des Bauges. Its vineyard is spread over six communes. Each sector has a different soil and a variable microclimate, which makes it possible to produce a wide variety of wines with the local alpine grape varieties.
Dénivelé 175 is made from the Roussanne grape variety, harvested manually on a terroir of glacial alluvium and limestone scree. The grapes come from a single plot. Vinification takes place in barrels. The aging is carried out in barrels of 2 to 3 wines on lees , for 9 months with several stirrings.
Grape variety: 100% Roussanne
