Philippe Grisard - Cruet - First Fruit 2021
Domaine Philippe Grisard is located in Cruet, in Savoie . Philippe Grisard comes from three generations of winegrowers. In 2010, he moved to the foot of the Regional Natural Park of the Massif des Bauges. Its vineyard is spread over six communes. Each sector has a different soil and a variable microclimate, which makes it possible to produce a wide variety of wines with the local alpine grape varieties.
Prémice is made from the Jacquère grape variety, harvested manually on a limestone terroir on bedrock on the Cru Cruet . Vinification takes place in vats and malolactic fermentation is blocked. Aging is carried out on fine lees .
