Dehours et Fils - Vintage 2014
The Dehours estate is located in Cerseuil, in the Marne Valley in Champagne . Jérôme Dehours took over the family vineyard in 1996 after studying at the wine-growing schools of Beaune and Avize. He is accompanied by his brother-in-law Jean-Marc Laisné with the aim of highlighting the diversity of the plots they cultivate. The vineyard is made up of around forty plots, planted mainly with Meunier. The estate is certified with High Environmental Value and encourages respect and development of biodiversity.
This vintage Champagne is a blend of Meunier (70%) and Pinot Noir (30%) , harvested in 2014 , in the second half of September. It was aged on slats in June 2015 and disgorged in March 2021. It is bottled without dosage (but is labeled "Brut").
