Roses de Jeanne is located in Celles-sur-Ource, in the Côte des Bar region of Champagne. It was founded by Cédric Bouchard in 2000. With around 1 hectare divided into 4 small parcels, the extremely limited production contributes to the estate’s unique and distinctive style. The vineyard is organically farmed.
With RDJ N°3, Cédric Bouchard continues his pursuit of the purest expression of Champagne, embracing a minimalist and radical interpretation of terroir. Produced in extremely small quantities, this numbered cuvée represents the winemaker’s ultimate quest for precision—marked by discipline, transparency, and emotion.
Crafted from a single parcel, a single grape variety, and a single vintage, RDJ N°3 pushes Roses de Jeanne’s single-vineyard philosophy even further. The pressing is exceptionally gentle, fermentation occurs naturally, and no dosage is added. This is a wine that speaks freely, unmasked, with rare intensity.
Its aromatic profile is tense, vibrant, and almost introspective. White citrus, chalky minerality, an elongated structure... RDJ N°3 is not a Champagne of instant seduction, but one for contemplation—each sip revealing a new nuance, a deeper layer.
A cuvée for aesthetes, to be savored slowly and with reverence. Only one bottle available.
