Champagne Emmanuel Brochet - Pinot Noir Naturel du Mont Benoit 2013
Champagne Emmanuel Brochet is an estate located in Villers-aux-Noeuds, in the Montagne de Reims in Champagne . Since 1997, Emmanuel Brochet has produced a confidential cuvée (rarely more than 10 to 12,000 bottles per year) from 2.53 hectares of Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay vines. His vineyard is located on the Mont Benoît classified Premier Cru , and is certified organic .
Mont Benoit Pinot Noir Naturel is produced from Pinot Noir harvested in 2013. Vinification is carried out in vats with indigenous yeasts. It is bottled without sulfur, filtering or fining. 180 bottles were produced.
