Swell de Spirits is an independent, family-owned bottler based in Pessac, France. The company was founded in 2021 by Michael Barbaria and Kelly. They release a variety of limited-edition bottles of rum, whiskey, Armagnac, and cognac from distilleries around the world.

This gin was created by three friends: Rodolphe, a spirits enthusiast who wanted to discover all the stages of creating a gin, Boris, a passionate artisan distiller based in Entre-deux-Mers, and Michael, from the house of Swell de Spirits.

The result? The creation of a superb gin crafted in the Bordeaux region. A rare gin, distilled from Sauvignon Blanc, juniper, chamomile, verbena, seaweed, and oyster pepper.

On the nose, we find the lively freshness of Sauvignon Blanc, enhanced by a light peppery touch. On the palate, a magical balance between vine and ocean, with a hint of iodine. Mineral, vibrant, and very fresh: a superb summer gin!
