Le Souvignier Gris Rosé 2025, classified as Vin de France, is a particularly original cuvée made from Souvignier Gris, a still very rare grape variety. Resulting from recent crossings, this grape stands out for its great natural resistance to diseases, allowing for more respectful and sustainable viticulture. Here vinified as a dry rosé, it reveals a decidedly modern, taut, and luminous profile. The 2025 vintage highlights all the liveliness and energy of the grape, giving rise to a straight, precise, and intensely refreshing rosé. This cuvée stands out for its innovative character and its ability to combine environmental commitment with tasting pleasure.
On tasting, the wine displays a dry and lively style, immediately carried by aromas of exotic fruits and bright citrus. The palate is taut, slender, with a constant sensation of freshness and a clean, thirst-quenching finish. The balance rests on the liveliness and purity of the fruit, without any heaviness, offering great drinkability. This rosé will perfectly accompany summer aperitifs, fresh and light cuisines, or dishes with Mediterranean accents. A singular and bold cuvée, perfectly illustrating the potential of resistant grape varieties when worked with precision.
