Rowan's Creek Small Batch Bourbon is produced by Willett Distillery, an iconic Kentucky independent distillery founded in 1936 in Bardstown, the historic birthplace of American bourbon. The family-owned distillery is distinguished by its small-batch, often high-proof, handcrafted bottlings, crafted in accordance with the original traditions of Kentucky bourbon.

This 50.05% Rowan's Creek is named after the small stream that runs through the property and supplies the stills with natural limestone water, essential to the purity of the distillate. It is made from a blend of carefully selected bourbons aged in charred American oak barrels. This traditional method gives the whiskey a remarkable aromatic richness, combining power, smoothness, and balance.

The nose opens with warm aromas of caramel, vanilla, and sweet corn, followed by notes of dried fruit, honey, and sweet spices. On the palate, the texture is full and velvety, marked by flavors of toasted oak, cinnamon, hazelnut, and maple syrup. The perfectly integrated alcohol supports a robust yet harmonious structure. The long, slightly peppery finish reveals lingering touches of brown sugar, oak, and candied orange zest.
