Domaine des Ardoisieres - White Schist - Organic 2016

This wine was born on the hillside of Cevins, on a soil, as its name suggests, mica-schist. Blend: 50% Jacquère, 20% Pinot Gris, 20% Roussanne, 10% Mondeuse Blanche.

Brice turned to organic farming, but no more, in order to ensure the volumes in this difficult region and the continuity of the perilous but courageous enterprise in which he launched himself.

The yields are already low: 20 hl / ha. The slope percentage on the Cevins (up to 60%) does not allow any machine. Vinification 100% in barrels, indigenous yeasts, aging for 9 months in barrels of 2 or 3 wines. Light filtration. Production: 5000 bottles.
