Domaine Bellegarde, located in the heart of Jurançon, has established itself as a benchmark in the Southwest thanks to rigorous work and viticulture that respects the terroir. Its vintages highlight the authenticity of traditional grape varieties and the richness of the clay-limestone and schist soils of the Pyrenean hillsides. The Cuvée Thibault 2022 is a prestigious sweet Jurançon, made primarily from Petit Manseng, a noble grape variety that brings intensity and complexity. This vintage pays homage to family tradition and illustrates the estate's ability to produce sweet and liqueur-like white wines of great precision. The 2022 vintage, marked by beautiful maturity and generous sunshine, resulted in the harvest of concentrated and balanced grapes. Upon tasting, the Cuvée Thibault 2022 presents a brilliant golden yellow color. The nose expresses refined aromas of exotic fruits, candied citrus, white flowers, and fine spices. On the palate, the body is ample and elegant, supported by a mineral tension and remarkable freshness. Flavors of mango, pineapple, white peach, and light honey intertwine in a rich and harmonious texture. The long and persistent finish confirms the aging character of this cuvée. An intense and refined Jurançon, ideal for accompanying noble fish, cheeses, desserts, poultry in creamy sauce, or mature sheep's milk cheeses. A gastronomic wine, made for aging, which expresses all the nobility of Petit Manseng.

Nestled on the slopes of the Pyrenean foothills, Domaine Bellegarde is a family estate renowned for its commitment to the authenticity and precision of Jurançon wines. By promoting indigenous grape varieties, particularly Petit and Gros Manseng, the estate produces vintages that reflect both the aromatic richness and freshness of the terroir.

The 2022 Cuvée Thibault is one of the estate's most iconic expressions. Made from a selection of Petit Manseng grapes harvested at perfect ripeness, it embodies the richness and depth of great sweet Jurançon. The 2022 vintage, marked by generous sunshine, concentrated the sugars and aromas, resulting in a wine that is both delicious and balanced, with excellent aging potential.

The bright golden color heralds a beautiful aromatic intensity. The nose reveals seductive notes of roasted pineapple, candied fruit, citrus, and honey, enhanced by a touch of spice. On the palate, the attack is smooth and creamy, supported by a lively acidity that balances the richness of sugar. The finish, long and elegant, expresses all the complexity of Petit Manseng, between freshness and concentration. A great wine for immediate enjoyment but also for laying down, which will pair wonderfully with foie gras, mature cheeses, or fruity desserts.
