These vertiginous slopes, composed mainly of schist and mica-schist, require entirely manual work and extremely low yields. This artisanal approach, combined with a precise reading of the terroir, allows capturing the raw energy of the slope and the mineral depth typical of the greatest wines of the appellation. The 2020 vintage, both sunny and perfectly balanced, offers here a dense and vibrant matter, revealing all the nobility of the site. This Côte-Rôtie 2020 is made exclusively from Syrah, the emblematic grape of the appellation, brought here to an exceptional level of expression.
