ASSEMBLY:
80% Sémillon / 15% Sauvignon / 5% Muscadelle
VINIFICATION:
It is in the vat room that the pneumatic pressing of the grapes takes place, as well as certain stages in the production of the wines, up to bottling and labeling. Each vintage is vinified and aged in completely new French oak barrels, and is kept for 20 to 24 months.
TASTING:
A golden, amber, deep and radiant note. A powerful nose with an infinite variety of aromas: honey, candied citrus fruits, candied peel, mango ... A sumptuous and concentrated palate, with roast and an extraordinary quality of liquor, without ever being heavy thanks to the balance provided by the natural acidity. A magnificent extension, a real explosion that can sometimes last several minutes.
