BURGUNDY ALIGOTE MIKULSKI FRANÇOIS 2015
The Mikulski family has been farming their Burgundy Aligoté vines since 1992. Their area is 1.5 hectares. One was planted in 1929 and the other in 1948 by Joseph Boillot, the grandfather of François MIKULSKI.
Their grape variety is 100% Aligoté.
They are cultivated in uncertified organic culture.
Annual production: around 9000 bottles.
The subsoil is composed of fine river alluvium, frequent in the lower part of the hillside. The yields are controlled, the wine matured in vats on the lees. It is bottled in July to preserve the fruit.
It is a wine that is ideally consumed: either as an aperitif, fresh, or with seafood, terrine.
