Château du Cèdre - Juvéniles - Malbec 2020
Château du Cèdre is a family estate created in 1988 and located in the Cahors appellation. It covers 27 hectares of vines and has developed its reputation, particularly with its wines made from Malbec, but also from Merlot and Tannat. The Château also has some Viognier, Sémillon, Muscadelle and Sauvignon Blanc vines. The vineyard is cultivated with organic farming.
Juvéniles is made from Malbec, whose vine age varies between 15 and 30 years. The vatting lasts 30 days, without oenological inputs. Aging lasts 8 months in concrete vats.
