Champagne Bérêche et Fils - Brut Réserve
Champagne Bérêche & Fils is a family-owned winery located in Ludes, in the Montagne de Reims region of Champagne . Founded in 1847, it produces its wines from 14.8 hectares of vines planted in the Montagne de Reims and the Marne Valley. The estate is now managed by the fifth generation, Vincent Bérêche and Raphaël. The vineyard is managed naturally.
The Brut Réserve is a blend of Pinot Noir (40%), Chardonnay (30%) and Meunier (30%) from the Montagne de Reims (Ludes Premier Cru, Ormes and Trépail) and the Vallée de la Marne (Mareuil le Port, Aÿ Grand Cru). The three grape varieties are complemented by 35% reserve wine. The average age of the vines is 42 years. The wine is aged for 24 to 36 months on slats , it was disgorged in November 2024. It is bottled with a Brut dosage of 5.5 g/L .
