Champagne Romain Henin - Brut Nature - The Sparkling Odyssey - Chapter 1
Romain Hénin , a young winegrower, is located in Aÿ in the Montagne de Reims in Champagne . The wine estate was founded by Pascal Hénin, his father, a harvester-manipulant and independent winemaker. Since 2021, Romain Hénin has been in charge of the vineyard and winemaking. Drawing on his experience with Sébastien Mouzon and Henri Giraud, he works with care and rigor while respecting the environment, with a project to convert to biodynamics across the entire estate. The vineyard is spread across different major Champagne terroirs: Aÿ and Chouilly for the Grands Crus, Mareuil-sur-Aÿ and Dizy for the Premiers Crus, and in the Marne Valley in Cerseuil and Troissy. This diversity of terroirs allows us to take advantage of the richness and aromas of the three main Champagne grape varieties for the blends. The wines are natural , produced without additives and without sulfur.
The Sparkling Odyssey (Chapter 1) is a blend of Meunier (50%), Pinot Noir (40%) and Chardonnay (10%) . It is bottled without dosage .
Grape varieties: 50% Meunier, 40% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay
