Cantillon Brewery - Saint Lamvinus - 7%

Saint-Lamvinus is a blend of two cultures. It's a blend of Bordeaux grapes and Brussels lambic. The Merlot grapes and lambic macerate together for several months. Natural refermentation takes place in the bottle. It is recommended to drink it within one year of purchase. It will keep for up to 10 years after the bottling date.

" A wine-beer hybrid of rare elegance: notes of blackcurrant, black cherry, and fine leather. The acidity of the lambic enhances the richness of the Merlot. A Saint-Lamvinus at the crossroads of juicy fruit and tannic structure, almost Bordeaux-like in spirit."
