Champagne Emmanuel Brochet - Blended Rosé - Extra Brut 2022
Champagne Emmanuel Brochet is an estate located in Villers-aux-Noeuds, in the Montagne de Reims in Champagne . Since 1997, Emmanuel Brochet has produced a confidential cuvée (rarely more than 10 to 12,000 bottles per year) from 2.53 hectares of Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay vines. His vineyard is located on the Mont Benoît classified Premier Cru , and is certified organic .
The Rosé d'Assemblage is a blend of Meunier (90%) and Pinot Noir from the Petite Montagne de Reims. The grapes come mainly from the 2022 vintage and are vinified and aged for 11 months in barrels on lees . This merchant cuvée is bottled with an Extra-Brut dosage.
