Champagne Gaspart Brochet - The Fox - Volume 2
Since 2016, Gaspard Brochet has run the family Champagne estate with passion and creativity, succeeding his father Vincent. A former graphic designer turned winemaker, he cultivates three hectares on the Montagne de Reims, between Sacy, Écueil, and Villers-aux-Nœuds. His sustainable, certified organic viticulture showcases a unique and rare terroir. In the cellar, he favors an artisanal, low-intervention approach, revealing finesse and elegance. His champagnes embody the new generation of Champagne: authentic, committed, and inspired. We are proud to offer you a few bottles from this wonderful estate, which produces a maximum of 3,500 bottles per year.
The Le Renard cuvée returns with its second edition. This Blanc de Noirs is made from 100% Pinot Noir planted in 1959 on the Écueil terroir. As always, vinification is done by gravity in small oak barrel containers. The wine is neither fined, nor racked, nor topped up, in order to remain as non-interventionist as possible. After aging for 24 months on slats , the bottles were disgorged on January 8, 2025 and offered as brut nature (zero dosage) .
Grape variety: 100% Pinot Noir
