Champagne Gaspart Brochet - The Fox - Volume 2
Since 2016, Gaspard Brochet has run the family Champagne estate with passion and creativity, succeeding his father Vincent. A former graphic designer turned winemaker, he cultivates three hectares on the Montagne de Reims, between Sacy, Écueil, and Villers-aux-Nœuds. His sustainable, certified organic viticulture showcases a unique and rare terroir. In the cellar, he favors an artisanal and minimally interventionist approach, revealing finesse and elegance. His champagnes embody the new generation of Champagne: authentic, committed, and inspired. We are proud to offer you a few bottles from this wonderful estate, which presents a minimal and artisanal production.
The Le Coq Tome I cuvée perfectly illustrates the artisanal know-how of Champagne. This blended champagne harmoniously combines Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay , from the premier crus of Écueil and Sacy , where sandy soils dominate, offering finesse and liveliness. The vinification is carried out with the greatest precision: gravity work in small oak barrels, without fining, racking or topping up, in order to preserve the integrity of the wine. After patient aging, the bottles were disgorged on November 25, 2024 , revealing a pure, expressive and authentic champagne, designed for lovers of unique vintages.
Grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay
