Committed to organic farming, the Pasquet family perpetuates traditional expertise by offering cognacs, pineaux, and rare selections that appeal to the most discerning connoisseurs.
The Très Vieux Pineau des Charentes n°1 is a unique creation, presented for the first time in 2025. This exceptional blend brings together white pineaux produced in the early 1990s, offering an average aging of 30 years in oak barrels. With its natural alcohol content of 17.6% , it expresses the richness and depth of a true sweet heritage, magnifying the art of long pineau aging.
Its amber color with copper highlights seduces from the outset. The nose, complex and captivating, combines notes of dried fruits (fig, walnut, date), candied citrus fruits and honey, enhanced by spicy and slightly rancio touches. On the palate, the attack is ample and velvety: a perfect balance between sweetness, freshness and aromatic intensity. The endless finish reveals accents of prune, blond tobacco and caramel, marking a noble and refined character. An exceptional Pineau, rare and elegant, which appeals to collectors as well as to lovers of unique sensations.
