The Les Lumachelles cuvée comes from an emblematic plot resting on gray marls rich in marine fossils, called lumachelles, which give their name to the locality. This typically Jura soil plays a central role in the expression of Chardonnay, bringing tension and complexity. The continental climate, marked by significant temperature variations, favors slow and balanced ripening. This cuvée fully embodies the mineral and straight identity of the great white wines of Jura.
