Rhum Clément is one of the historic houses of Martinican agricultural rum, located at the heart of Habitation Clément in François, on the Atlantic coast of Martinique. Owned by the Bernard Hayot Group, the distillery has cultivated for decades a demanding approach to AOC Martinique rum, based on mastery of the cane and precision of distillation. The Blue Cane cuvée has become over time an emblematic reference of the house, made from a single variety of cane, known for its aromatic intensity and natural freshness. The 2025 vintage follows this identity line, while marking an important milestone in the history of the cuvée with its very first bottling in Magnum format.
Made exclusively from Blue Cane harvested at perfect maturity, this vintage white rum clearly expresses the vegetal and peppery character typical of this variety. The distillation highlights a precise aromatic profile, carried by notes of fresh cane, citrus zest, and white flowers, supported by a slightly aniseed framework. Bottled at 50%, it offers a controlled intensity, maintaining tension and balance without masking the finesse of the juice.
