Château Armoria - The Transformation 2021

Château Armoria is located in Laure-Minervois, in Languedoc . The family estate has been managed since 2016 by Carole and Julien Salles , the 7th generation on the property. The 8 hectare vineyard is conducted in certified organic farming . Priority is given to the life of the soil and the care of the old vines.

The Transformation is a blend of Carignan (50%), Syrah (30%) and Grenache (20%) . Part of the harvest (30%) is vinified by carbonic maceration, the rest is vinified in the traditional way. The wine is aged in vats.

Grapes: 50% Carignan, 30% Syrah, 20% Grenache
